Adding a Group List:

1)     LOG: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or  10020000 (4 digit ext's)

2)     Press OTHR

3)    Press GLIST

4)    Press ADD

5)    <Display> GList: 901 / 902 / 903 etc.  

6)    Press OK  

7)    <Display> Record name: (record the Group List name,     such as: "Sales Group" or "Customer service")

8)    Press OK  

9)    <Display> Accept Name:

10)    Press OK to accept or RETRY to re-record the name

11)    <Display> Name: (Name the group list according        to its purpose; example, if you recorded the name "sales Department", name the group list "SALES") Use the dial-pad to spell the name, the same as you would adding a mailbox. (Use the # key to advance to the next letter)

12)    Press OK  

13)    <Display> Mbox: Enter the first Mailbox you wish to be within the Group List. Example: 221  

14)    <Display><Mailbox Name> Example: Smith, Sally

15)    Press ADD to add the mailbox to the list or RETRY to re-enter the mailbox number.

16)    <Display> Mbox: Enter the second Mailbox you wish to be within the Group List. Example: 222  

17)    <Display><Mailbox Name> Example: Douglas, Chip

18)    Press ADD to add the mailbox to the list or RETRY to re-enter the mailbox number.

19)    Repeat steps 13 through 15 for each Mailbox you wish to add to the Group List

20)    After adding all of the Mailboxes you wish to be a part of the group, Press QUIT.
