Changing the ring settings of a line on your phone

Before continuing, please verify that the Line is already assigned to your phone. If the line is NOT assigned to your phone, you must first assign it. For instructions on how to assign the line to your phone, click here.

To enter a programming session, follow the next few simple steps:

1) Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4

2) Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4

Display will read: " A. Configuration"

Using the navigation keys, as displayed below, follow the next simple steps:

3) Press: SHOW

Display will read: "1. Trk/Line data"

4) Press: NEXT

Display will read: "2. Line access"

5) Press: SHOW 

Display will read: "Show set: _ _"

6) Enter the extension number you wish to change (Example: 221)

Display will read: "Line assignment"

7) Press: NEXT until you the display reads: "Ringing"

8) Press: SHOW

Display will read: "Line 01:Ring"

9) Press the CHANGE softkey until the desired setting ("ring" or "no ring") is displayed.

10) Press: NEXT to navigate to the next line number.

11) Continue steps 9) and 10) until all the lines you wish to modify are programmed.

12) Press the RLS key.

Congratulations! You have successfully changed the ring setting of a line on your phone!
