Changing the "Forward-on-busy" and "Foward-no-answer" setting

To enter a programming session, follow the next few simple steps:

1) Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4

2) Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4

Display will read: " A. Configuration"

Using the navigation keys, as displayed below, follow the next simple steps:

3) Press: NEXT

Display will read: "B. General Admin"

4) Press: SHOW

Display will read: "1. Sys speed dial"

5) Press: NEXT until you see "5. Capabilities"

6) Display will read: "5. Capabilities"

7) Press: SHOW

Display will read: "Dialing Filters"

8) Press: NEXT

Display will read: "Set Abilities"

9) Press: SHOW

Display will read: "Show set: ___"

10) Enter the Extension number you wish to make changes to.

Display will read: "Set Filter: ##"

11) Press: NEXT until you see "Forward on busy:N"

12) Press: SHOW IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THIS SETTING.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CHANGE THIS SETTING, SKIP TO STEP  15)

Display will read: "Foward to:None"

13) Press the CHANGE softkey

14) Enter the Extension number you wish to forward your phone to if you are "busy" on the phone.

15) Press: NEXT

Display will read: "Foward to:None"

16) Press the CHANGE softkey

17) Enter the Extension number you wish to forward your phone to if you are not there to answer it. (Such as the Voice Mail Extension)

18) Press: NEXT

Display will read: "Foward delay:4"

19)Press the CHANGE softkey to change the number of times the phone will ring before forwarding occurs.

20) Press: NEXT

21) Press the RLS key

Congratulations! You have successfully programmed the Forwarding Capabilities of your phone!
